Spirit Guides is a reflective companion for self-guided inner work. Instead of a blank page or a passive book, you open it with an intention — and the guide takes over, reviewing its history with you and the frameworks you care about, then asking the questions. You answer. It follows up.

Guides are living prompts: mash them up, evolve them over time, or co-author one from scratch through freeform chat. A searchable library of 237 concepts across nine categories seeds five starter guides. Bring your own AI — Claude, Codex, or Ollama, fully local, no API keys.

Everything stays on your machine as plain markdown — every guide, session, and intake readable in any editor. Safety rails sit at the code layer, not in the prompt: gentle redirects when a session veers, and hard stops that surface crisis resources if needed.
